What is actually checked
Every visit, whether or not anything is wrong.
- Refrigerant charge verified by superheat and subcooling, not by feel
- Compressor and fan motor amp draw against nameplate
- Capacitor tested and the microfarad reading recorded
- Static pressure across the system, which nobody else seems to measure
- Coil condition, condensate drain flushed, float switch tested
- Heat exchanger inspection and combustion check on the fall visit
- Electrical connections torqued, contactor and relays inspected
- A written report with every number, including the good ones

You go to the front of the line
Members are scheduled ahead of non-members on the days when everybody calls at once. In July that is worth more than the price of the plan.
Two real tune-ups a year
Not a filter change and a handshake. Static pressure, refrigerant charge, amp draw, capacitor test, drain line, heat exchanger inspection — written up and left with you.

Members pay the weekday rate at 9pm on a Sunday in August.

We call you to book the visits. Most people never think about the plan again after they sign up, which is the idea.
