Services
Whatever the house is doing, there is a specific visit for it.
Nine services, grouped by what they actually fix. Every one of them starts with a reading, not a guess, and ends with a price you saw before we started.
Cooling
2 services
- Same day, most days
AC repair
Cold air is supposed to come out of the vents. Not excuses.
It runs and blows warm, or it does not run at all. We diagnose it properly, show you the reading, and quote the repair before we touch a part. - Sizing, install, commissioning
AC installation
The equipment matters less than the person putting it in.
Load-calculated sizing, a proper install and a commissioning report. Two identical systems in two identical houses perform completely differently depending on this part.
Heating
3 services
- Furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers
Heating repair
The first cold night of the year is when everybody finds out.
No heat, not enough heat, or a system that shuts itself off after ten minutes. Diagnosed properly, including the safety checks a lot of companies skip. - Furnaces, air handlers, dual fuel
Heating installation
A quiet furnace in a warm house is the whole brief.
Gas furnaces, air handlers and dual-fuel setups, sized to the house and vented correctly. Including the parts of the job that are invisible once the panel goes back on. - Heating and cooling, one system
Heat pumps
One box that does both, and does the shoulder seasons better.
Ducted and ductless heat pumps, including dual-fuel. Quieter, steadier and increasingly the sensible answer in this climate — when the house suits it.
Air & ducts
2 services
- Design, sealing, balancing
Ductwork & airflow
Some rooms never feel right. This is usually why.
The upstairs that will not cool and the back bedroom that stays freezing are almost never an equipment problem. They are an air delivery problem. - Filtration, humidity, ventilation
Indoor air quality
Filtration, humidity and fresh air. Measured, not marketed.
Better filtration, humidity that stays in range, and ventilation in a house sealed tight enough to need it. We measure first and we do not oversell.
