Reviews
What people said, without the stars.
No star average and no review count here — those numbers only mean anything when they come from a real collection process. Here is what that looks like, and the quotes themselves below it.
Demonstration content
Every quote below is invented for this showcase, along with the name and town attached to it. None of these customers exist. On a real deployment this page carries only reviews a customer actually left and agreed to have published, with nothing paraphrased and nothing added.
How this would actually work
On a live site, this list is not typed in by hand.
It is pulled from whatever platform the business actually collects reviews on — usually Google, sometimes a second source — and shown with the reviewer's own name, unedited. A star average and a review count belong on this page only once there is a real platform behind them; inventing those numbers for a demo would be exactly the kind of claim this build refuses to make.
Getting there is unglamorous: ask every customer once the job is done, make it a one-tap link rather than a form, and let a slow month be a slow month rather than backfilling it with anything that was not actually said.
What was said
“Our AC quit on the Friday of a heat wave and three companies told us the earliest was Tuesday. Truevane had someone here at eight the next morning, found a burned contactor, and charged us less than the diagnostic fee two of the others wanted just to look.”
“I had two quotes for a full system replacement. Ray came out, measured the airflow, and told me my ten-year-old unit was fine but my return duct was half the size it should be. Fixed the duct for a fraction of a system. The upstairs has been right ever since.”
“They installed a heat pump and a new air handler over two days in November. What I did not expect was the sheet of readings they left on the counter, or that the tech walked me through my own thermostat schedule before he left.”
“The furnace died at 9pm on a Sunday in January with a newborn in the house. They talked me through getting the space heaters set up safely on the phone, were here by seven, and did not charge an overtime rate because we were on the maintenance plan.”
“Second opinion on a company that told me my heat exchanger was cracked and shut my furnace off in December. Truevane inspected it, took photos, and showed me it was fine. I cannot describe how angry and relieved I was at the same time.”
“Maintenance plan for three years now. They call me to book it, they show up when they say, and last spring they caught a capacitor drifting before it stranded us. That is the entire value proposition and they actually deliver it.”

On a live site this is where the ask goes out. For now, the phone works the same either way.
